This superb wine is 82% Cabernet Sauvignon and 18% Merlot grapes grown in the Yatir forest which is Israel's largest planted forest, it envelops the vineyards, providing a unique terroir; Jerusalem Pine, carob & olive trees radiate an aura of calm & tranquility. Yatir Forst wine is deep crimson in color with a bouquet of ripe currants & Mediterranean herbs. The flavor combines power (ripe black currant) with elegance, freshness, and length.
