Daniel Rogov: "Château Giscours, Margaux, 2003 (Kosher Edition): Tasted from a magnum format bottle. Remarkably youthful, showing deep royal purple, full-bodied, with its firm tannins only now starting to integrate. On the nose and palate generous blackberry, black cherry and plum fruits, those supported comfortably by notes of a fresh-herb bouquet garni and spices. On the long finish, with tannins rising, a hint of what seems at one moment like licorice and at another like anise. Approachable and fully enjoyable now but best 2015-2028. Score 92. K (Tasted in Magnum Format 22 Jan 2011)"
