Return Policy for Liquid Kosher

By law, Liquid Kosher can only accept returns for goods that were purchased in error or damaged. Prior approval is necessary for returns, which are subject to a 15% restocking fee and freight charges, unless specified otherwise. Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

If packages are returned to the company, refunds are issued, accompanied by a 15% restocking fee, a $5.00 return shipping fee, and associated freight charges. The company may delay shipping for weather-sensitive products like wine to prevent damage. Damaged products during shipping can be claimed, requiring the return of the damaged items for refunds.
